What We Treat
Whether you've had children or never been pregnant, whether you're 28 or 62, whether you're an athlete or just trying to get through the day — your symptoms are real, they have a root cause, and they are treatable.
Prepare your body for birth — and for what comes after.
"I started therapy 4 months postpartum and began seeing noticeable results in a few sessions! I'm so happy I made this investment in myself."
— Madeline H.
Pregnancy is one of the most significant physical events a body goes through. Pelvic floor rehab during pregnancy isn't just for women with symptoms — it's proactive care that prepares your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. We'll work on optimizing your pelvic floor function, managing pain and discomfort as your body changes, and giving you the tools to advocate for yourself in the delivery room.

Your body did something extraordinary. Let's help it heal.
"Within just a few months, they helped me eliminate the leaking I had been dealing with for so long — whether it was from sneezing, coughing, or exercising. I finally feel like my pre-pregnancy self again."
— Christi B.
The postpartum period is one of the most under-supported phases of a woman's life. You're told to "take it easy" for six weeks and then cleared to return to everything — often without any real assessment of whether your body is actually ready. At Pillar Physio, we do a thorough evaluation of your whole body: your pelvic floor, your core, your breath, your scar tissue, and your movement patterns. Then we build a plan that actually makes sense for where you are.
Conditions We Treat
Pain is not normal. It is treatable.
"I've had pelvic floor issues for years and had given up hope of ever finding relief. Pillar Physio has helped me SO much in just two months!"
— Zohra A.
Chronic pelvic pain is one of the most dismissed conditions in women's healthcare. If you've been told your pain is "just part of having a period," that your tests came back normal, or that there's nothing to be done — we want you to know that is not the end of the story. Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common and often overlooked driver of chronic pelvic pain, and it responds very well to specialized physical therapy.
Conditions We Treat
Leaking is common. It is not something you have to accept.
"I was able to notice a significant improvement after the first visit which kept me excited to return to learn more about my problem and how to fix it for good."
— Rachel M.
Urinary leaking, urgency, frequency, constipation, and fecal incontinence are incredibly common — and incredibly treatable. The pelvic floor plays a central role in bladder and bowel function, and dysfunction in those muscles is often the missing piece that other providers haven't addressed. We'll assess what's actually driving your symptoms and build a plan to address it at the root.

You don't have to navigate infertility alone.
"Emily and her team are the sweetest and will go above and beyond to help you! She takes a full body approach to really address the issues and knows her stuff. I promise this is not awkward like a typical pelvic exam — you feel like you're at your friend's house hanging out while getting treated on!"
— Kaitlyn L.
If you've struggled to conceive, we're here to walk through the journey with you. We specialize in the structural causes of infertility — often chronic inflammation and scar tissue in the abdomen resulting from endometriosis, PCOS, or previous abdominal surgeries. These structural factors are frequently overlooked in conventional fertility workups, and addressing them through specialized manual therapy can make a meaningful difference. Whether you're trying naturally, preparing for IVF or IUI, or working alongside a reproductive endocrinologist, pelvic floor rehab can be a powerful part of your care plan.
Conditions We Treat
Hormonal changes don't have to mean a new normal of pain and leaking.
"Pillar is actually the THIRD pelvic floor therapy facility I have been to, and it is hands down the most skilled and individualized care I've received."
— Jessica K.
The hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause have a profound effect on the pelvic floor. Decreased estrogen affects tissue elasticity, moisture, and strength — leading to symptoms that many women are told to simply accept. They don't have to. Pelvic floor rehab is one of the most effective interventions for perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, and the results can be life-changing.
Conditions We Treat
A prolapse diagnosis is not the end of the road.
"Within just a few months, they helped me eliminate the leaking I had been dealing with for so long — whether it was from sneezing, coughing, or exercising. I finally feel like my pre-pregnancy self again."
— Christi B.
If you've been told you have a prolapse, you may have been given very little guidance beyond 'avoid heavy lifting' or 'consider surgery.' There is so much more that can be done. Pelvic floor rehab is one of the most effective first-line treatments for prolapse — and we'll help you understand what's happening in your body and what you can actually do about it. Prolapse doesn't have to define what you can and can't do. We work with women at every stage — from newly diagnosed to post-surgical — to build strength, reduce symptoms, and get back to the activities they love.
Conditions We Treat
Your pelvic floor is connected to everything. We treat it that way.
"I noticed vast improvements in between sessions, and felt more confident in understanding my body."
— Taylor D.
The pelvic floor doesn't exist in isolation. It works in constant communication with your lower back, hips, SI joints, and core — and dysfunction in any one of those areas can drive symptoms in the others. Many patients come to us with orthopedic complaints that haven't resolved with traditional treatment, because the pelvic floor component was never addressed. We look at the whole picture.

Personal training from someone who actually understands your pelvic floor.
"Amber is so good at what she does! She has guided me and my prolapse through two 5k races, weight training, and pilates — whatever fitness venture I choose to pursue, she is in my corner helping me do things the right way, specific to MY body — and that is not something I can get from regular fitness trainers."
— Jessica K.
Medical Fitness Coaching (MFC) is a service unique to Pillar Physio — and it's led by Amber. It's the blending of a clinical knowledge base with performance training: the expertise of a pelvic floor specialist combined with the programming of a personal trainer. Whether you're returning to exercise after injury or surgery, training through perimenopause, managing prolapse, or simply wanting to lift heavier and move better without symptoms, MFC gives you a plan built specifically for your body. No guessing. No generic programs. Just smart, individualized coaching from someone who understands what your pelvic floor needs.
